Reagent:
Nitric acid (65% excellent purity grade): Nitric acid is the most commonly used digestion reagent, which has strong oxidizing properties, can effectively decompose the organic matter in mushrooms, and release heavy metals and other elements.
Hydrogen peroxide: As an auxiliary reagent, hydrogen peroxide can improve the digestion efficiency and help to completely decompose organic residues, especially the complex organic matrix in mushrooms.
Ultrapure water for experiments: used to dilute the digested solution and adjust the acidity to ensure that the sample concentration is appropriate during subsequent detection.

Procedure:
Accurately weigh the crushed mushrooms, about 0.2-0.5g with the digestion vessel.
